  After roughly 20 years of purchasing insurance from these inconsiderate people, my parents have been 'let go' for having too many accidents in a 36 month time period. None of the accidents they were involved in. One was my accident, caused by weather conditions and my first claim after 5 years of driving. After which, I was taken off the policy because I have my own insurance. The other two accidents were my brother's. One where he hit a telephone pole, and the other where he rear-ended someone. He's 18 and has had his license less than a year. I think for all the money my parents have paid out over the past how many years, that Seltzer would be more understanding of their bad luck. Maybe even present the option of just dropping my brother, but no. Being a loyal customer means nothing to them. They've paid out far more to Seltzer over the years, than Seltzer has paid out for these accidents.

  I have dealt with Seltzer for years on both a personal and professional level. They are always attentive to my needs and go above and beyond to make sure that I am taken care of. Whether I'm calling for my auto insurance or have questions regarding my health care coverage, Ginna and Elizabeth make sure that I am completely satisfied. It's a great place to do business. I highly recommend them.
